Tami Kearney is a certified dog trainer. She is a graduate of Animal Behavior College. Tami is also a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (ADPT). Before creating MTN Top K-9 Training, she worked as a certified veterinary technician at Mountain Aire Veterinary Hospital for 15 years.
Tami believes in positive reinforcement training methods. She also believes a tired dog is a good dog. Depending on what type of dog you have, keeping your dog active, along with some obedience training, will help him or her be the dog you want in your home.

After moving to Frazier Park in 1991, we quickly learned that things weren't easily accessible. While working as a veterinary technician, Tami saw a great need for training services on our mountain. She was inspired to set up this company and follow her passion of helping dogs and their owners.
